Cancellation & Refund Policy

Wolkiro is a cloud-based B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a subscription, as it governs cancellations, refunds, and returns.
1. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial during which you can fully explore all features of Wolkiro — including employee management, GPS geofencing, attendance tracking, and billing. No credit card is required to start the trial. We encourage all prospective customers to evaluate the platform thoroughly before subscribing.
2. Subscription and Billing
After the trial period, your subscription is billed on a per-employee-per-month basis at ₹49 per active employee per month + 18% GST. Invoices are generated automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle. You will receive a GST-compliant invoice with a secure payment link.
A 7-day grace period is provided from the date of invoice generation to make payment. After 14 days of non-payment, access to the platform may be automatically suspended.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Wolkiro subscription at any time directly from your organisation's Billing Dashboard inside the platform.
- Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
- Your plan will not renew after that date.
- You will retain access to all data and features until the subscription expires.
- No further charges will be made after the cancellation takes effect.
4. Refund Policy
Because we provide a fully functional 14-day free trial for customers to evaluate the software before committing to a paid subscription, we do not offer refunds or pro-rated refunds for any active monthly billing cycles once an invoice has been generated and paid.
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@wolkiro.com within 7 days of the charge. We will review each case individually and respond within 2 business days.
5. Return Policy
Wolkiro is a cloud-based software platform. We do not ship any physical goods. Therefore, physical returns are not applicable to our services.
